Question about getting an investmentI have received an offer for an investment from a group with strong backgrounds in all the areas I am weak. We have done a decent amount of due diligence about the group and do plan to retain an attorney to review all agreements. What things might I not think about that I need to do to make sure that the deal is done well and I don't get screwed? TIA!
