Quickbooks InputI've recently had an issue with QB Payroll service.

Improper quarterly filings, account freezes, and awful customer service all while their "supervisor" identified and accepted fault.

Is this the norm to expect from this service?

I've had them for 6 months and the last 3 months have been absolutely awful.

Is anyone not doing customer interviews? I need to know I'm not alone.How are people not doing customer interviews?

I just reached out to a couple of restaurant owners friends (from a business that I previously sold) and what they told me shocked me.

They told me that the only customer feedback they do is word of mouth. I told them about my new business, and they were shocked that its possible to get real feedback that fast.

I already got 5 clients.
